white vans

So, I was just thinking about how my parents would always warn me about white vans. They warned about kidnappers and such. And now I still act more cautious as a white van drives by. The thing is, its not always white vans that are used in kidnapping, and I feel like one person must have given white vans a bad name. Now they have become a cliche in a slashes film. Add a babysitter, and creepy phone calls and you've got yourself a blockbuster. In my opinion it seems unfair to white vans, a car made for convenience has been turned into a childhood nursery rhyme lesson of sorts.
